Connect your Walmart Connect Account

This guide will walk you through each step required to connect Walmart Ad Center with Dashna, ensuring that you can view and manage your Walmart ads efficiently.

Add Dashna as an API Partner

  1. Click Go To Walmart Ad Center to open the page in another tab, or click the following link: https://advertising.walmart.com/sp/view/admin



  2.  Sign in to the Ad Center with an Admin account, as admin privileges are required to access this page.
  3. Find the section labeled API Partner - Advertiser level and click the +Add partner link.



  4. Choose SellCord from the API Partner name dropdown, Write access as the Access type and click Add partner. You should now see Sellcord listed as an API partner.


    5. Occasionally there can be a glitch in the system and the access does not get saved. Please refresh the page and verify that SellCord is listed in the API Partner section.

Enter Account Details

To finalize the connection, you will need to retrieve your Advertiser ID from the Walmart Ad Center.
  1. In the Admin page scroll to the top of the page to the Advertiser section. There the Advertiser ID will be listed. Copy the ID



  2. Enter the Advertise Profile Nickname and Advertiser ID and click Submit

After submitting the ID, Dashna will verify that it has the necessary access to your Walmart Ad Center account. Walmart may take a few minutes to add Dashna to your account. If an error occurs, wait for 30 seconds and try again. Once verified, Dashna will confirm the connection, and you’ll be able to access your Walmart ad data through Dashna.

Q: How long does it take till I can see my data in Dashna?

A: It can take 48-72 hours to download a data from Walmart, depending on the size of the Store/Advertiser.

A: Yes, you can connect multiple Walmart Ad Center accounts to Dashna. However, each connection will require its own setup process, including adding SellCord as an API partner and entering the respective Advertiser ID.

A: Yes, your data is secure. Both Walmart Ad Center and Dashna use industry-standard security protocols to protect your information during the integration process.

Q. What should I do if I accidentally entered the wrong Advertiser ID?

If the wrong Advertiser ID was entered, you can update it in Dashna by revisiting the connection setup. Ensure that you copy the correct ID from Walmart Ad Center to avoid errors.
